According to front cover, "Mother Goose and Other Favorites", gift inscription indicates book is at least as old as 1926. Book is fair or poor: much wear to corners; spine is partly detached on both sides; loose in binding so that gauze is showing, several inch crayon mark along back cover; paper is aged and browning, fragile; rear end paper is unraveling from rear board. All the text is completely legible and the drawings are sharp (although the title pages do not give the name of the illustrator); the front cover shows a colored but mottled picture. According to the table of contents, all the rhymes are present. 85204
